Fee-for-service:
• All sessions are hands-on, comprehensive, and interactive. Your treatment will be skilled, effective, and specific to your individual needs. Due to the level of personalization and targeted treatments, you should experience some level of improvement after every session.
• When dry needling services are included, the average number of sessions required for symptom resolution varies depending upon a variety of factors, but usually ranges between 1-4 visits.
Pricing:
• Initial evaluation: $150 This fee includes a full, in-depth evaluation and initial treatment of the involved injury/area. The treatment given depends upon your comfort level and therapeutic needs. Aside from dry needling, you may also benefit from soft tissue massage, joint mobilizations, dry needling with electrical stimulation, and therapeutic exercise.
Additionally, you may receive a short home exercise program that includes an education component about activities in which to engage and avoid. The amount of treatment performed during the initial evaluation depends upon the complexity, your tolerance, and personal requests.
This session will last approximately one hour.
• Follow up sessions: $100
Treatment sessions vary and may include dry needling and any appropriate manual soft tissue work, joint mobilizations and adjustment to exercise program as necessary.
Prices may vary depending on number of body regions being addressed and complexity of treatment.

• Payment is due at each session. I currently accept cash, check, card and

• Insurance is not accepted.
• This is a fee for service option; it is out of network with all insurances and I am unable to submit claims to insurance companies on your behalf
• If your insurance provides reimbursement for out-of-network physical therapy services, however, please let me know. Upon your request, I will provide you with detailed documentation of any medical care provided as well as a receipt that you may submit for reimbursement.
